Terms of Service

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CortexPM platform ("Service") operated by Cortex Project Management Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service on behalf of a business, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity.
2. Account Registration
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Service are owned or licensed by Cortex Project Management Solutions Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
5. Subscription and Payment
Use of certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices and terms will be set out at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
