• Site Sign-In That Stands Up: Your team signs in and out on the mobile app inside a geofence around each job (150 m by default). Outside the boundary, they give a reason and it's recorded. People without the app, like deliveries, inspectors and day labour, scan a QR poster on the gate. Everyone lands in the same attendance register.
• A Site Diary Worth Trusting: One diary per job per day. Weather comes from the Bureau of Meteorology for the site's location, even for a diary written up three days late. Headcount comes from actual sign-ins. Approval is stamped with who approved it and when, and a site manager can't sign off their own.
